Another way to get involved with BASE is to sit, walk, write, or help out in a group.
- By sitting in meditation together, we bear witness and awaken our compassion.
- By walking together, we help build a critical mass of energy moving towards progressive change.
- By writing together, we take powerful direct action to oppose injustice and suffering.
- By helping together, we make direct contact with suffering and do what we can to relieve it.
Group action is organized periodically. Due to the interdependent nature and crisis state of social causes, the need to come together is more important than ever.
