In theory, the viewer will instantly recognize that the red squares (polygonals?) are purses which are being transmuted to anvils dragging the reckless consumer down to the depths to join appropriate symbolic animals navigating hell or rough equivalent. That's the theory, anyway. Actually, I just like linking figures with various geometric shapes. For a long time I've suspected that I am a repressed abstract expressionist, or graphic layout artist, at any rate.

This photograph shows the painting in an incomplete state. Since it was taken the figure was finished, purses look like purses, flames now swirl around the ankles, the anvils are done, clouds drift through the sky, the pigs are enhanced. Being a starving artist, I am always NSF for the latest technologies, and am utterly dependant on long suffering friends to keep my documentation up to date.
