Setting Up A Dial-up Networking Connection

  2. Double-click Dial-up Networking.
  3. Double-click Make New Connection.
  4. Enter 'VCN' in Type a name for the computer you are dialing.
  5. Select the modem you are using (you'll need to have configured it already) from Select a device, and then click Next.
  6. Type in the country code '1', the area code '604' and the phone number for your type of user, and then click Next.
