NO PARKING DISABLED PARKING REGULATIONS: LANGLEY TOWNSHIP The new bylaw will allow the township to fine people illegally parked in private as well as public parking lots. Previously, the township could only target people who illegally parked in publicly owned lots at libraries, schools and municipal buildings. There are more than 6000 people with parking passes in the Langley area that will be happy to hear this news. Bob Davidson, key activist, working on implementing this bylaw, will now approach Langley City, to give special priority to passing the same bylaw. Langley City will be hosting the BC Summer Games for the Disabled this summer. Let's not forget! If you are parking in a disabled parking space, display your pass. |
