Journals and Newsletters

United World

United World is a bimonthly (six times a year) journal that started in 1988. It merged a few years ago with the Coalition for Democratic World Government's newsletter, News and Notes, and it is sponsored by the Coalition although it is not the group's house organ. It is an independent journal of the world government movement, and serves as an open forum. It is not a publication intended to convince people about the benefits of world government; rather, it is directed at people who are already in the movement, and wish to share their opinions about strategies for attaining it, and their visions of what it would look like. It costs $12 (US) to subscribe, which just about covers printing and postage costs. The address is UNITED WORLD, 401 S. Dixon, Carbondale, IL 62901. Federalist Debate

Federalist Debate is published every three months to help circulate ideas among the various federalist organisations, and among the movements in global civil society that are growing impetuously in all regions. An important part of the magazine is dedicated to a debate where federalists confront each other on a specific topic of current interest. Ample space is given to the action that federalists are undertaking in different parts of the world, with other sections dedicated to news and notes, interviews and letters to the editor.

Printed in Italian and English versions and sponsored by Jeunesse Européenne Fédéraliste (JEF), the Union Européenne des Fédéralistes (UEF) and the World Federalist Movement (WFM)
