VCD is holding a Welcome Back Contra Dance!

Date: Saturday, March 19th
Place: St. James Community Square in Kitsilano.
Newcomer's Session: 7:15 -7:30 PM
Dance: 7:30 - 10:30
Admission: $15
Band: Conchordance (Maureen Collier, Leith Davis, Ken Hamer, Connie Balaz & friend Athena McKown)
Callers: Bob Rentz and Lisa Siddons

Coming to the dance?

Help keep yourself and your community safe from COVID:

• All participants must show BC Vaccine card and photo ID for entrance
• Masks must be worn at all times while indoors
• Please bring your own water bottle
• Sorry, there will be no shared food at the break
• Due to the ever-changing COVID situation and BC Health regulations, please check for last-minute announcements on this page, or on the VCD Facebook page.

• A newcomers' session that teaches you the basics - starts 15 minutes before the dance.
• All dances taught on the spot—no fancy footwork required—the fun starts immediately!
• Come alone or bring a partner—Children admitted free
• Light clothing and soft-soled shoes suggested
• Please come fragrance-free
