Once you have completed the form, you can mail or fax it to the Conference Coordinator.

Registration and program brochures are also available at seniors serving organizations throughout the province. You can also request a brochure be mailed to your home address.

Registration will be on a first come basis. Delegates are encouraged to register early as space is limited.

If space is available, delegates will be able to register on the opening day of the conference.
