If we focus on the issues selected as first priority (black part of bars) the second place is taken by FLOODING and,  the third place by both and in summary, the safety of ground drinking water was clearly the top concern for our sample, followed by flooding/stormwater runoff and loss of fish and wildlife habitat/alteration of natural streams
