  • 10 minutes of listening to a relaxation podcast

Weekly Check-In

  • Each person voluntarily speaks about their past week, about what was challenging and anxiety provoking, about what they did despite their anxiety, or about future plans to overcome their anxiety.

Group Exercise

  • Each member read a script from a play
  • A group discussion on how diet and exercise helps to reduce anxiety.
  • Group game: Acting out a word or phrase and having the other person guess it.
