- 5 minutes of listening to a de-stressing podcast
Weekly Check-In
- Each person voluntarily speaks about their past week, about what was challenging and anxiety provoking, about what they did despite their anxiety, or about future plans to overcome their anxiety.
Group Exercise
- The group sang about 10 karaoke songs together to decrease self-consciousness and have some fun.
Personal Performances
- One person read an article on health issues and trends
- One person gave a powerpoint presentation
- One person sang a song
