May 17, 2017 Seminar
Society of PM Professionals
of Greater Vancouver
Program for the Day
Registration Closed
The Theme:
Project managers are being challenged to develop capabilities, in themselves
and their teams, to lead change in complex organizational and social
situations. Leadership is one leg of the triangle of talents which project
managers and their teams are expected to acquire and cultivate, along with
technical and strategic skills and knowledge. This seminar explores and
demonstrates the "soft" or people skills which are important to the crucial
leadership roles which lie at the heart of managing a project.
The Event:
A full day of presentations and interactive workshops aimed at understanding
and demonstrating the application of leadership skills. The unique format of a
Society seminar provides the opportunity for you, the participant, to learn
from your project management peers in a professional and engaging environment.
Join your peers on May 17, 2017 for these presentations and interactive
