About Eburne Landing

Eburne Landing Housing Co-operative

ABOUT OUR CO-OP
The Eburne Landing Housing Co-operative is an active, nonprofit, non-discriminatory, diverse and friendly community.

We welcome all individuals and families who would like to participate in an interactive, amiable community to apply to our Co-op.

Waitlists for a one bedroom unit are short; we also have a relatively short waitlist for two bedroom units.

PARTICIPATION AND SOCIAL EVENTS
As a cooperative community we are self-mangaging and self-governing; participation is mandatory for ALL co-op members.

Members participate in co-op affairs through sitting on an Eburne Landing Committee, partaking in biannual Work Parties, carrying out co-op chores, and attending all members' meetings. Every member contributes at least six hours of co-op duties per month.

Current Co-op Committees include the Board of Directors, Membership, Property, and Landscaping.
Committees meet once a month at pre-scheduled times and may also hold supplementary meetings to accomplish committee activities.

In addition, Eburne Landing members often hold barbeques, bingo nights, potlucks, and group events for socializing and entertaining. We enjoy living in a co-operative, community environment with a friendly atmosphere. We also have a voluntary Social Committee that organizes fun, family-friendly co-op events.

SHARE PURCHASES AND HOUSING CHARGES
Share purchases are required prior to move in and will be returned after the member vacates the co-op (provided that there are no outstanding costs or damages left by the vacating member).

There are no subsidies available at this time.

The monthly housing charges include hydro, security, parking, in-suite storage, a balcony or deck, and great neighbors!

BUILDING FACILITIES AT EBURNE LANDING
Common building facilities include parking, general and bicycle storage, coin-operated laundry machines, tool workshop, patio deck, and backyard BBQ area.

PET POLICY
A maximum of two pets are permitted per unit - including cats, dogs upon approval.
