The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has acquired the former Canadian Forces Officer Candidate School and have renovated the facility. Executive Inns has been retained by the RCMP to manage this site for them. Newly opened in December 2001, this unique training facility offers well appointed accommodations with 113 well appointed guest rooms and "216 hospitality beds", 10 meeting rooms that seat up to 100 people, a convention hall for 1200 delegates, a private dining room,lounge, and a restaurant for up to 300 guests. Located in an idyllic park-like setting amongst mountains and rivers with miles of walking and jogging trails, the Government of Canada Pacific Region Training Centre is open to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal Governments and Crown Agencies for all training needs.
Primarily, a training centre for the RCMP we are privileged to have access to this wonderful venue.
With all the amenities, this will be an exciting place to relax and also be challenged. Tivoli's Restaurant is also a chef's training academy. There is also a licenced lounge.
"State of the Art" seminar rooms with comfortable furniture and hi tech audio visuals make learning enjoyable. The Officer's quarters have been remodelled into comfortable suites with all the conveniences of home.
