Ramjee Parajulee A political scientist trained at Georgetown and George Washington Universities, USA; specializes in international relations, democracy and governance issues and currently teaches at Simon Fraser University, BC, Canada.   Ritendra Tamang A Cultural Anthropologist educated at the University of Western Sydney, Australia and California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, USA; specializes in mass media and international development; and has been engaged in research and teaching at various universities such as University of Northern British Columbia in Canada.   Ratna K. Shrestha An economist educated at the University of Hawaii, USA; has several publications on environmental policies and public finance/policy in peer-reviewed journals; currently teaches at the University of British Columbia, Canada.   Ajay Pradhan An environmental scientist educated at the Duke University in USA;  has  authored research papers on forest policy and management in a book published by the World Bank and Beijer International Institute of Ecological Economics, and has taught college courses in environmental studies in USA and Canada.
