I have put these pages up as way of testing design ideas and to give me somewhere to put in my two bits regarding the world. Probably more of the latter than the former but I do learn something every time I mess with the site.

For example, I have recently been investigating the world of blogs and have setup one at Bloglines. Bloglines allows me a simple blog and a online news aggregator. I've placed a link on my navbar if you are interested.

• Who I am - Resume and assorted other self-revealing info.
• What I do - Paid and volunteer work I am involved in. This includes my practice as a private consultant, specializing in the development of Internet and Email Strategies for Non-Profits. This work takes the form of web site management, domain name management, listserv management and training of staff and volunteers in the development of Information & Communication Technologies that assist the organization to fulfill its mission and mandate.
• What I believe in - Various spiritual paths that I have embarked upon and where they have and are leading
• What I think about - Opinions, rants and thoughts that on occasion obsess me.
• What I'm interested in - Dance, theatre, music and books.
• What I write - Some things that I have written.
• Web tools - Tools and sites that I have found useful.
• I&R - I have worked in the Information & Referral field for most of my adult life and I continue to be involved in the attempt to bring the control of resources and services under aegis of unity by building effective community information and referral services.
• Links - Sites that I am interested in. Either, I worked on them (the sites) or with the people and/or the organizations that put them up or because I think that they are of value.

  This list is drawn from my bookmark file. I took the links to my bank and a few other personal links out but this pretty much represents the links that I use on a regular basis.

  Suggestions to add sites or comments about broken links will be happily received at jackv@vcn.bc.ca. Now I may or may not use your suggestions because I may or may not like it but I will take a look.
