Never have I been a religious person. My intelligence did not allow for such unsubstanciated dogma to become a belief system. However, my scientific mind viewed the universe as a whole - energy and matter - as God. And that energy at the center of All is as close to a conciousness of a Godhead that I could possibly fathom. The religions of the Earth never approach the fundamental explaination of all of existence. Although I did study nearly every religion on the planet to find truth there was never any one religion that embodied all of the truth - only pieces of obscure truth and all else was not scientifically solid.
Being a very psychic person since I was a small child showed me that there was way more to this we call life, than any religion could explain. The question is - how does an entire planet that has been victimized for thousands of years heal? Today I want to discuss Exopolitics and Niburu and how they relate. All of this started a ways back whence the government thought it would be a good idea not to reveal to the public anything that could be used to the advantage of the Nazi's and also to hide any advanced knowledge or technology that was being discovered so not to give a tip off to the Nazi's also.
Alright then, if Hitler was defeated back then, why was the secrecy continued for the last 70 years? Even if he was not defeated but say - ran to Antartica and decided to attack the world in a more subvert manner to achieve world domination and to exterminate the masses - why were we not told?
There can be only one reason why we were not told and that is that either our governments are in it voluntarily or that they have been taken over by the Nazi's. I think that the governments of the world were tricked into secrecy and suppression initially and now can't see a way out. I mean, if you have been lying to your citizens for 70 years and want to come clean, what do you do? Go on the tv and say "We lied to you all for the last 70 years" and then they would be mobbed. What the people of Earth want is Full Disclosure, Open Democracy and the lynching of Hillary Clinton and the rest of the perverse elite establishment criminals. So what is this global warming stuff? Well, from what I understand after studying all the scientific data and reviewing all the propaganda pertaining to the idea, ultimately I found out this too is connected to the United Nations! The taxes created by this legislation would pay for the operation of the New World Order unelected government. No one is allowed to vote on it - it would be decreed into power like the Queen sitting on her throne orders someone to enslave the natives. One person who makes the rules for all of us without a discussion or an open and valid independant scientific study.
Well, Im old, and I ask you, whatever happened to the Kyoto Protocol? Remember the Treaty that the Environmentalists and Scientists were trying for years to get governments to sign onto? This Treaty would have limited the emissions of countries. Period. But the globalists did not like this idea because they would loose money. So they developed a new strategy to get the governments to sign onto that would benefit them and get the citizens to foot the bill. Through the phoney Nature Conservancy organization they had unknowing citizens to donate land they wanted to be protected - which gave them huge carbon sinks. Next they needed to have people to pay taxes for polluting by using cars and such. But they pay no taxes nor do they need to limit emissions due to the carbon sinks they own.
They needed to have the citizens of Earth buy into the extra taxes for driving their gasoline powered cars so they had to come up with a environmental issue that did not point to them for suppressing clean energy and forcing citizens to use petroleum. So they knew that the solar body of Niburu was coming into the solar system and messing with all the planets in our solar system and ultimately Earth. Prefect! Do not tell anyone about Niburu and tell the people that the Earth is going through changes because of us using petroleum! All that is left to push the scam is to fudge some scientific data and you have a saleable con.

Even though I have many engineering projects on the go - I spend most of my free time conducting research. I'm not one of those people who sit in front of the television absorbing the mainstream media propaganda or the fantasy show and movie industry. In fact, I have not watched television for about 15 years. Any shows I watch are either "real" news alternative media like Infowars shows or documentaries on various topics.
Actually I have watched a couple fantasy movies here and there with friends on rare occasions where it is a social situation - and I find fantasy so disturbing that I feel mentally imbalanced afterwards. Leaves me feeling mentally confused and abnormal. So this does not happen very often need I say where I will sit with friends and watch a fantasy movie.
But, interestingly, some of the rare fantasy movies that I rarely watch, have a great deal of truth in them that is portrayed as fantasy. For example, jump gates, devices for teletransportation. Nicola Tesla was experimenting with this technology and it is said by credible sources that this technology exists and is in use by certain elite splinter groups. You know what they say - truth is stranger than fiction.
Lately I have been researching the hollow earth theory. So far, I do not see any real proof that scientifically proves that it could not be hollow. Actually there is more scientific proof that this could be true rather than the crap we were taught in school that the earth is solid with a motlen core. On the contrare there is more scientific data to support the hollow earth concept. And the fact that citizens are not allowed to go to or fly over the poles is suspicious enough to let me assume there is something going on there that the governments are hiding something big.

The purpose of Global Delegate Notes is for me to have a voice in a world where only the Special Interest Groups and Unawknowledged Programs have a voice. Everyone knows the system is a joke - a twisted, false, crazy deception. But if the people actually knew the depth of the lies and evil there would be chaos in the streets. Take for example, the height of technology which is in the hands of the evil people who have stolen it from humanity through our paid taxes. The UFO antigravitic ships that have been developed through Black Unawknowledged Programs which employ free energy, anti-gravity and teletransportation. The trafficking of Humans in giant interplanetary slave rings with alien races. The quiet murder of people through slow acting poisons placed in our food, water, air and medicine. And the worse of all, the harming of innocent children in Satanic Cults run by these elite globalists.
Some say when one is victimized by a criminal that the best way for justice and compensation is the Restorative model as opposed to Punitive Justice. Well, consider this, for thousands of years we the people have been assulted by these criminals in so many shockingly violent and incidious ways it is difficult to accept the Restorable model. What about all the wars the elite have manipulated? What about the Jewish people who were murdered by Hitler? And many many more examples of the crimes against humanity that have occured. Whenever I ponder the elite I think about Jefery Dalmer who injected bleach into the brain of young women to make them paralized while he torchured them. Should we just say - OK give us the free energy and the space travel and the teletransportation and the life extension - and you can be excused for your sins...
The possibility of forgiveness for the crimes of the few against the masses of the many in a Restorable manner might be possible. BUT now here we have the rest of the truth - innocent children have been sexually assulted, torchured and murdered by the kabal in Satanic Rituals!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is where I drew the line. ANYONE WHO HARMS AN INNOCENT IS NOT FORGIVEABLE! PERIOD! Anyone who has engaged in this type of crime should be publicly lynched. They should be striped and hung upside down by their feet in a public location so the people can decide if a beating is in order. Let the healing begin! This is an unforgiveable crime.
So - do we really think that the establishment will release the advanced technology to humanity? They speak of "partial disclosure" we know what this means. It means that they will release some of the less important technology to the citizens but hoard the real tech. AND they will expect to be excussed for their crimes against children in exchange. So what is this global warming stuff? Well, from what I understand after studying all the scientific data and reviewing all the propaganda pertaining to the idea, ultimately I found out this too is connected to the United Nations! The taxes created by this legislation would pay for the operation of the New World Order unelected government. No one is allowed to vote on it - it would be decreed into power like the Queen sitting on her throne orders someone to enslave the natives. One person who makes the rules for all of us without a discussion or an open and valid independant scientific study.
Well, Im old, and I ask you, whatever happened to the Kyoto Protocol? Remember the Treaty that the Environmentalists and Scientists were trying for years to get governments to sign onto? This Treaty would have limited the emissions of countries. Period. But the globalists did not like this idea because they would loose money. So they developed a new strategy to get the governments to sign onto that would benefit them and get the citizens to foot the bill. Through the phoney Nature Conservancy organization they had unknowing citizens to donate land they wanted to be protected - which gave them huge carbon sinks. Next they needed to have people to pay taxes for polluting by using cars and such. But they pay no taxes nor do they need to limit emissions due to the carbon sinks they own.
They needed to have the citizens of Earth buy into the extra taxes for driving their gasoline powered cars so they had to come up with a environmental issue that did not point to them for suppressing clean energy and forcing citizens to use petroleum. So they knew that the solar body of Niburu was coming into the solar system and messing with all the planets in our solar system and ultimately Earth. Prefect! Do not tell anyone about Niburu and tell the people that the Earth is going through changes because of us using petroleum! All that is left to push the scam is to fudge some scientific data and you have a saleable con.
Next is to add some chemicals in the atmosphere to cause trees to die and slow acting poison to make it look like the environment is suffering. Thus the creation of the Geoengineering lie. Claiming the program is to try to save the planet from environmental disaster when it is the opposite purpose, to create and environmental disaster! Remember the Iron Mountain convention?
So - in the end - they kyboshed the Kyoto Protocol that would really save the Earth and put in place Global Warming that will kill us all! And while we die we pay them money!

Even though I have many engineering projects on the go - I spend most of my free time conducting research. I'm not one of those people who sit in front of the television absorbing the mainstream media propaganda or the fantasy show and movie industry. In fact, I have not watched television for about 15 years. Any shows I watch are either "real" news alternative media like Infowars shows or documentaries on various topics.
Actually I have watched a couple fantasy movies here and there with friends on rare occasions where it is a social situation - and I find fantasy so disturbing that I feel mentally imbalanced afterwards. Leaves me feeling mentally confused and abnormal. So this does not happen very often need I say where I will sit with friends and watch a fantasy movie.
But, interestingly, some of the rare fantasy movies that I rarely watch, have a great deal of truth in them that is portrayed as fantasy. For example, jump gates, devices for teletransportation. Nicola Tesla was experimenting with this technology and it is said by credible sources that this technology exists and is in use by certain elite splinter groups. You know what they say - truth is stranger than fiction.
Lately I have been researching the hollow earth theory. So far, I do not see any real proof that scientifically proves that it could not be hollow. Actually there is more scientific proof that this could be true rather than the crap we were taught in school that the earth is solid with a motlen core. On the contrare there is more scientific data to support the hollow earth concept. And the fact that citizens are not allowed to go to or fly over the poles is suspicious enough to let me assume there is something going on there that the governments are hiding something big.
When Kerry recently went to the south pole prior to the election red flags went up all over the place. This was like he was running to get advice from the Agarta reptilians living in hollow earth. It was clear that the Liberty movement was not going to vote in another shill of the new world order and this put the elite in a panic. Their is a great deal to learn about Antartica such as why the Nazi's ran there after the second war. And the rumours of Hitler making deals for space ships from the aliens. The ones living inside the Earth? Could this be true. Hmmm. My extensive research has proved to me that the United Nations is a Nazi organization covertly operating as a global humanitarian group. Everyting they claim to support is actually the mirror opposite as to what they do. Words are cheap. Cannot be understated.

The purpose of Global Delegate Notes is for me to have a voice in a world where only the Special Interest Groups and Unawknowledged Programs have a voice. A world where we have a breakaway civilization of people who have lied about our history, supressed technology and have shut out the rest of us from space travel, life extension technology and the realization of a new rennosance. Those who have destroyed the planets environment by making the rest of us use fossel fuels, fund wars and oppress the masses in poverty while they feed us poison GMO, poison Flouride in the water, spray poison in chemtrails in the atmosphere and give poison through the medical system when we get sick.
The United Nations (Nazi) is a joke. When Saudi Arabia was posted on the Human Rights position that was when I knew for sure that the whole organization was part of a Nazi plan. I remember when I was a poor child in Canada going out for Halloween and the teachers asked us kids to get money for poor children in other countries with the UNICEF boxes I was insulted. My mother could hardly feed us daily after my Father abandonned us and we were forced to go on welfare. After when I was much older and decided to do some research on this UNICEF I discovered it's Nazi roots through the United Nations organization. They pose themselves as an organization that is trying to end world hunger - but if you do the research you find that they are the ones that propogate poverty through the other policies.
While I did manage to get a higher education specializing in the technical field, my life never did rise above the poverty that was thrust upon me as a child. For years I struggled to understand the dynamics of this going deeper and deeper into the quagmire of politics, sociology and economics. Finaly I came to the realization that the system is rigged and putrid with the stench of corruption. My life of poverty and subservience had not much to do with me as a person but was a construct placed onto me by the powers that be to keep me down and "helplessly dependent" on the system.
The level of corruption on this planet is astonishing. There is evidence that the Secret Space Program have advanced UFO space craft, have a half a million people living on Mars, a technology discovered by Nicola Tesla that enables teletransportation and that they regularly mingle with alien races, some reports say they trade human slaves to get technology in a huge interplanetary slave ring. All this while the masses of people struggle to pay the bills and live in a fantacy television land.
There is a better direction for humanity to go. And I demand my voice be heard. Often I email my Canadian government to pull out of the unfair TPP trade program and not get involved in the manipulated wars. Never do I hear back from anyone in the government even though I feel that this is a form of lobbying. My vision of the future is not what the New World Order has in mind - to exterminate most of the people on the planet by 2050, rather I feel governments should be basically eliminated and a network of citizens should be making major decisions using the technology we currently have to envision this. As a technical expert I know this could be done in a secure manner. Every citizen could vote online on topics of interest to them and this would abolish the special interest lobby groups power over our system.
The truth about our history - in particular the alien structures on the moon and other planets that have been discovered must not be censored from the public. UFO's and the development of reverse engineered ships must be taken out of the national security realm. Suppressed technology and advanced technology should be taken off the above top secret level. Our science and history have been tainted with lies. How can a civilization flourish and progress when it is based on lies? The lies and supression are a crime against humanity.
