I've written and released a client for the MPD music server. It's called Quetzalcoatl. A link is on the right.

Well, I didn't so much “redesign” it as find and apply an existing template. I chose one that emphasized the body text instead of the “design” around it.

After launching the Slackware article in 2006, I emailed everyone I could for links. One refused because of my white-on-black design. Only if I reversed the color scheme, he said, would he consider it. I won't tell you who it was. However, I'll narrow it down by pointing out that it did not prevent me from linking to him. Perhaps he'll like this design better.
