Password Reset Rules

The first rule is:

Never release personal information to anyone except the registered user of the account.

Do a User Search first to establish that it is really a password problem

If the account status is:

VAL PPP User login Full Name



and

a) the user cannot remember their password at all, then:

*the user must come into the office with picture identification and fill out a Password Reset Request Form

or, b) if the user has changed their password and is now having problems, and they CAN REMEMBER their original password and keyword,

We can re-set it to that original if:

  1. you (volunteer) or the user send a message to [email protected]
  2. in the subject field put: Password Reset Request.
  3. In the body of the message put:
      -- Full Name
      -- Birthday
      -- Login Name
      -- Keyword
