The event profiles Canada's history by merging numerous International celebrations in Vancouver, British Columbia. This will encompass the celebration of cultural activities to include: concerts, parades, ice sculpturing and winter sports such as skiing, hockey, dog sledding, ski dooing. Through its various networks and established contacts to date, the International Cultural Alliance has identified the potential market for the Vancouver International Winter Carnival in attaining a project attendance of over 100,000 people.
