Team Vancouver Survey

Team Vancouver is a member of both the Federation of Gay Games (FGG) and the Gay and Lesbian International Sport Association (GLISA). Team Vancouver delegates often need input from the LGBT sport community in order to support them at the Annual Meetings of each Organization.

The GLISA AGM is on July 29th prior to the Opening Ceremonies of  the 1st World Outgames in Montreal. Up for consideration:

1. 1st North American Outgames in Calgary to be held in conjunction with Apollo’s Western Cup 25th Anniversary on Easter weekend, 2007.
2. 2008 North American and Asia-Pacific Outgames
3. Central-South American Outgames
4. 2011 North American Outgames in Vancouver. This event would probably include 3 winter and 9 summer sports, a cultural component and a LGBT human rights conference.

Glenn MacDonald is Team Vancouver’s GLISA delegate and he is requesting feedback from Vancouver’s LGBT community, Team Vancouver members and Associate Teams. Please feel free to discuss this with Glenn or any of the Team Vancouver board.
