Bravo Team Vancouver

Welcome home athletes, artists and supporters from Gay Games VII in Chicago and the 1st World Outgames in Montreal. Well done everyone. You all did Team Vancouver, the City of Vancouver and our Province; very proud.

Once again Team Vancouver made its mark on the games and the World noticed. We did well both in sport and in cultural events. Team Vancouver members achieved many personal bests and also received many medals. As well, our Team Vancouver uniforms were highly coveted and saw some very active trading during the closing ceremonies.

And we partied! Attendance records were broken at Le Drugstore as 1500 attendees from around the globe partied at the Celebrities Nightclub Invades Montreal event in support of Team Vancouver.
