Gay Pride Parade

Join us and march with Team Vancouver in the Vancouver Gay Pride Parade. We are number 138 which will place us right behind the Mabel League Float.

The Parade will start at noon so we request that Team Vancouver members be at the Robson & Denman Streets marshalling area by 11 am on Sunday.

RSVP is not necessary but would help us to estimate the number of members that are interested.

Tobi, the star rowing anchor, is popular, handsome and totally in love with his best friend Achim. As rowing buddies on their high school team, the two spend their days working out, flirting with girls (and each other) and toying with one another in the change room. As summer rowing camp approaches, Tobi looks forward to long days and nights spend with his buddy, but Achim has his sights set on different things: his new girlfriend Sandra. As this love triangle plays itself out to Tobi's frustration, a rival team of cliché-busting (and way-past high school buff) gay rowers called the Queerstrokes set up camp across the lake. It's not long before Tobi and his teammates are forced to wrestle with their inner prejudices and recognize their deep longings.

Lush, innocent and full of beautiful young men stroking together, Summer Storm is a story full of athletic triumph and bittersweet fumblings towards sensuality.
