The Equipment Registry is a referral service staffed by volunteers aimed at linking people who wish to buy or sell used medical equipment. For more information see Equipment Registry.

Wellness Program
Wellness is held on Monday morning, except statutory holidays, at the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority South Health Office, Knight St. and 49th Ave.
9.30am - Blood Pressure, Monitoring, Handouts and Announcemtents 10.30am - Information Session 11.00am - Relaxation and fun in fitness 11.45am - Lunch time (bring your own lunch; coffee and tea available)

Seniors Happy Hour
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and some social time at the South Vancouver Neighbourhood House, 6470 Victoria Drive, every Friday from 11.30am to 12.30pm. The cost is 75 cents for coffee and tea.

Bingo at the Neighbourhood House
Feeling lucky? Come and join us at Bingo, which follows Happy Hour at the Neighbourhood House at 12.30pm. The cost is 25 cents per card for all games.

Book Club
The Book Club is a monthly group which gets together the last Friday of the month (except July, August and December) to discuss the latest book. Meetings are held at 1.30pm in the meeting room of the Fraserview Branch of the Vancouver Public Library 1950 Argyle Drive.

Shop-By-Phone
A grocery service provided for shut-ins who are unable to get out and shop is available on Wednesdays from 9.30 to 11.30am.

Resource Centre
A resource centre is available to answer questions, assist in dealing with other agencies, set-up community services, and otherwise help seniors realize their goals.

Outings
During the months of June, July and August the Network organizes and implements bus trips and other summer events.

Handy Helper Service
This service, performed by a student and available during the months of June to August, is provided to seniors, the disabled and shut-ins by the Network.

Services offered are gardening, lawn cutting, light household chores such as washing windows, cupboards, walls, floors, etc.

The cost is $10.00 per hour for members and $15.00 per hour for non-members. The student will provide a receipt.
