Submission to GVRD Watershed management Plan. SPEC commends the
Greater Vancouver Water District Administration Board and the Greater
Vancouver Regional District for its November 1999 resolution to protect
the Greater Vancouver watersheds ins, and the recommendation by the
GVWDs Water Committee on February 8, 2002 to cancel the Amending
Indenture.
