The Ten Per Cent Solution!

SPEC has launched a Canada-wide campaign to enact recycled-content regulations for plastic containers. The Model Regulation prepared by SPEC calls for minimum 10% recycled content in plastic containers that don't have contact with food, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. If enacted by all 10 provinces, SPEC's Model Regulation would create a stable market for millions of recycled plastic bottles and tubs.
