a non-profit organization, SPEC relies very much on
community support. You can help by becoming a SPEC member, by
sending us a tax-deductible donation, or by volunteering
some of your time for projects and daily operations.

SPEC
accepts tax-deductible donations, and will issue a tax receipt for any
amount (receipts automatically issued for amounts of $20 or more; otherwise
just ask). SPEC's charitable tax number is 11883 6311 RR 0001.
As a SPEC member,
you will be on our mailing list to receive a copy of our annual report.
You may also vote at our annual general meeting.
If you are interested in volunteering, phone or come by our office and
let us know what you're interested in doing. Volunteers are needed for
ongoing postering, office work, mailouts, phone work, greeting the public,
