Registered Serena user-couples are always encouraged to contact their teacher-couple or our office co-ordinator if they should ever need extra help with their situation or need encouragement in their use of Natural Family Planning.

If local teachers encounter difficulty with a given situation we will not hesitate to consult our trainers, and if necessary, our medical advisor for assistance.
