Maybe only called Björn's Polka in the Pacific Northwest (US/Canada), this tune
is more correctly
known as "Stockholms polkett", efter Erik Ståbi, father of Björn
Ståbi. He was originally from Orsa,
Dalarna, and moved to Stockholm.
