How do you respond to frequent anger, to explosive anger?

Join Rita Mashinsky, Coordinator of the Vancouver Mental Health "Anger Skills and Assertiveness Program", and in a safe and comfortable atmoshphere explore what it means to you to care for another person who is often, or unpredictably angry.

Learn how to respond in ways that assist your family member to meet her or his own needs and goals.
