Account Registeration Problems
Remember that it generally takes between 1 and 2 weeks from when you
send in your reply memo until when it gets validated. So please leave at
least two weeks before you call our offices about the problem.
First of all if you do have a problem make sure that you have completed
all of the following steps:
- Make sure you have filled out the online registration. This involves
you filling out a form on the computer where you input your name, address,
phone number, etc...
- Make sure you have sent in a signed reply memo. This involves you
filling out a piece of paper which you mail (or hand deliver) into the VCN
offices. We do not currently accept faxed reply memos. Also you CAN
NOT drop these off at libraries, community center's, etc. They must
go directly to the CommunityNet offices.
Possible Problems:
- Your reply memo has been misplaced or lost in the mail.
- You have incorrectly filled out your reply memo. Remember to print
clearly so that our volunteers can read your handwriting. Also you must
have included your real name and address and login id on the reply memo.
