Volunteer Qualifications Applicants to Richmond Citizens Crime Watch Patrol must: Be 19 years of age or older Reside, work or attend school in the City of Richmond Submit to and successfully pass any security screening processes and/or background investigations, which may be deemed necessary by the RCMP or RCCWP Have good written and verbal English communication skills Be a Canadian citizen or have Landed Immigrant Status Be in possession of a valid driver's license Be willing to commit to a 2-year involvement with RCCWP The following are preferred, but not necessary: Experience using two-way radios Previous volunteer experience
