A: Applicants must reside, work or attend school in the City of Richmond. Q: How often must I volunteer? A: Members must commit to at least one 6-hour patrol shift per month. Q: What are the times and hours of volunteering? A: Regular patrol shifts run once a week. Members are out on patrol from approximately 9:00pm until 2:00am.
