     b) Fill out the form in its entirety including signatures where required.

     c) Fax, mail or deliver the application form to the following location:

2) Once you have successfully completed an interview with a Crime Watch coordinator, you will be called in for a
   security check.

3) Upon acceptance into the program, training will begin!
