Neighbour-to-Neighbour / Community-to-Community Coalition is a non-profit society,
founded in 1994, registered with the province in 1995.

PURPOSES
to create a coalition of residents' associations in Vancouver and the UEL
to foster livable neighbourhoods
to promote improvement in community building
to exchange information among members
to provide education and information to the public

MEMBERSHIP
residents' associations, each from a self-defined geographical area
individuals, who belong to an at-large category

DUES
not at present

MEETINGS
monthly meetings of the Directors (quorum: 30%)
annual general meeting in June (quorum: 40%)

OFFICERS
Co-chairs: chief executive officers, supervise other officers
Secretary: correspondence, notices to members, minutes, register of members
Treasurer: financial records and statements

DIRECTORS
Officers, plus one delegate from each member organization
