The Convention Registration Form will be mailed, as part of the Convention Registration Package, to all Grand Knights, District Deputies, State Executive, State Directors and Chairmen, and Past State Deputies, on January 19. If you have not received your package by January 26, please contact the Convention Committee or download a copy of the Registration Form.
