The following Major Degree exemplifications are currently scheduled. 18 Feb Courtenay (vice Nanaimo) Where: Christ the King, 1599 Tunner Dr. in Courtenay, lower level.
There is a ladies program and pre-registration by Feb 10 is mandatory. Please also pre-register your candidates with Brother Bud or Brother Philip. MAJOR DEGREE EXEMPLIFICATIONS SCHEDULE State Deputy, together with the Membership Director and State Ceremonials Chairman must set the dates and locations of the Third Degrees. Send original copy to the Supreme Knight and a photocopy to the Director of Ceremonials by July 15 and January 15 for each six-month period.

Worthy Faithful Navigators,
FR. Brabant Assembly 0032 Victoria will be hosting a Fourth Degree Exemplification at Our Lady of the Rosary Large Hall on March 17th 2012. This exemplification is to coincide with our International 4th Degree event held every two years on the Island. Please contact your councils for any candidates who have not yet obtained this honour and urge them to do so.
Please ensure that all form 4s and Exemplification fees of $70 (including dinner) are in the hands of the Faithful Comptroller Ray Merriman by March 10th 2012. The exemplification cheque is to be made out to the Master of the Fourth Degree, Tony Pimentel.
Location: Our Lady of the Rosary large Hall, 798 Goldstream Ave, Langford, BC Date: March 17th 2012 Time: 12:00 pm Registration followed by Exemplification. Honouree: SK Michael Baye, PGK,PFN Mass: 4:30pm at Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Langford No Host Bar: 5:30 to 6:30 Sheraton Hotel Dinner Banquet: 7pm at Sheraton Hotel
Meal for Guests cost $50.00 Please order your tickets early as sale of tickets will end March 10th,2012. If you order and pay before January 19th you will be entered in a draw to win two free tickets for the banquet. Each assembly is responsible for the banquet tickets used by their members, wives, and or guests. Please make sure that a separate cheque payable to Fr. Brabant Assembly 0032 is in the hands of the faithful Comptroller Ray Merriman by March 10th, 2012.
Candidates Dress Code: Black Tux, black shoes, black socks, black bow tie, black cummerbund, and formal white shirt regular collar. No wing tip collars. For those without a black tux, they may wear a black or dark suit, white shirt, black or dark tie.
The Candidates registration form (PDF) can be filled out, printed and mailed along with the form 4s and the cheque for the Masters Fees of $70 and any extra dinner tickets to the Faithful Comptroller. All candidates should be accompanied by their respective FN or FC.
