*** CRTC Community TV Policy Review ***
The CRTC has posted almost 3,000 comments and interventions on the community channel review, Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2009-661. The last major review was CRTC 2002-61 seven years ago.
Many community media groups such as CACTUS, Community Media Education Society, ACCESS and OpenMedia spoke at the CRTC review of community TV hearing in Gatineau, QC. Transcripts for 2009-661, Volumes 1 to 7, are available on the CRTC's website.
