The Firehall Arts Centre is pleased to offer Pay-What-You-Can Matinee performances (held on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm, following Opening night) for most of our productions. Please call our Box office to confirm.

How do I Reserve?
You may reserve your performance dates for any or all of the plays in the season at any time. Simply choose a date within your subscription series and give us a call or send us an email at patronservices@firehallartscentre.ca . Due to the size of our theatre, we strongly advise you to reserve your dates as early as possible. There is no charge if you have to change your reservation, but you must give us 24 hours notice.
What if I miss a Production?
If you miss a production, we will give you a replacement ticket for one of the remaining productions in your Subscription. This enables you to bring a friend to the Firehall. This offer is limited to two replacement tickets per Subscription.
Great Benefits!
Subscribers get reserved seating, free ticket exchanges and a complimentary membership to the Firehall Theatre Society. Six Pak subscribers also receive a special bonus of a $20 Gift Certificate to one of our neighborhood’s great eateries.
Become a Firehall Member:
For only $10, you can become a member of one of the most dynamic arts organizations in the city. Your membership will entitle you to reserve tickets to performances at the Firehall (some exceptions may apply) without pre-payment and a vote at the annual general meeting. Your membership helps the Firehall qualify for funds from the Gaming Commission and it's a great way to get involved and show your support.
Gift Certificates can be issued for a specific performance or as a general pass to any Firehall Arts Centre theatre or dance series production. We will mail a Gift Certificate package directly to you or to the gift recipient. To use your gift certificate simply call our box office line to reserve your tickets. It is recommended that you reserve at least 48 hours in advance as tickets are issued on an availability basis only.
There is no ticket refund for missed performances, and doors close at 8:00pm sharp. So come early, and enjoy our licenced lounge, gallery and courtyard.
Group Rates are available, and watch for Pay What You Can Matinee's and Two for One Tuesday's.
