Registrations, Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-registration is required and may be done in person, by telephone or fax. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cheque or cash. Hours are Monday to Wednesday, 8 am - 5 pm; Thursday 8 am - 4 pm.  We are closed for lunch from 12 to 12:45 pm.

Please register early! We don't like to cancel courses but if there aren't enough participants we don't have a choice. Family Education & Support Centre reserves the right to cancel classes if enrollment is insufficient. Should this occur a full refund will be given. Although we always call to let you know if a course has been cancelled, we've found that people weren't always receiving the message. To solve this problem please call 3 weekdays prior to start date for course status.

Fees can be refunded up to 7 days before the start of a program - an administration fee of 10% will be charged. In the event of unforeseen circumstances transfers may be available in lieu of a refund.

Dates and times of programs are subject to change.

Our Facilitators

Family Education facilitators are chosen to match the program; some are parents with extensive training and experience in Family Life Education; others are professional counselors with academic credentials. Questions regarding the qualifications of facilitators are welcome.
