Family Ed uses the internationally renowned 'Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP)' program which focuses on goals of behaviour, natural and logical consequences, the use of encouragement and democratic parenting. The skills learned through STEP assist parents in helping their children grow into happy, responsible, emotionally healthy adults.
Parenting Young Children and
Parenting Teens
This eight week course offers parents
the opportunity to fill their tool box with new and effective
tools. Parents will have time to brainstorm solutions as
well as share their adventures parenting.
An indepth eight week course, everything you wanted to ask about
parenting teenagers and more! Sessions include time for
parents to share experiences from daily life, as well as
exploring options for the future.

parents defuse the energy behind their children's anger and teach
them to express it in helpful ways.
