Thank you for your interest in Cypress Community Gardens, the garden for the 2013 season is now full. We have completed assigning all available plots. Please note that we will be starting a new application/Wait list for the 2014 growing season on Nov 1st, 2013. Wait Lists do NOT roll over into the succeeding year. Thus: if you applied in November of 2012 but WERE NOT assigned a garden plot, you MUST re-apply for a plot/Wait list for the 2014 season on Nov 1st, 2013. We are unable to accept applications for the 2014 season prior to Nov 1st at 12:00 am. Applications for a garden plot/Wait list must be made on November 1st at 12:00am ( i.e. starting AT midnight or after) by e-mailing us at cypress@vcn.bc.ca . (In other words, one cannot apply to the next 2014 Wait List before MIDNIGHT ON November 1st, 2013). Our Wait List for garden plots is based on the order in which requests are received on November 1^st, 12:00 am and after. While many current garden members renew their plots, each year several plots—ranging between 6 and 12—become available over the winter and in the spring. The Membership Coordinator will inform the first name on the Wait List of an available plot and then move down the list. This process begins in early December.
