This web site is to complement a series of 2 day workshops being provided by Vancouver Community Network to Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) participant groups over the winter of 1998-9. The site will contain technical, background and online resources for the use of workshop participants and the wider community - it will remain as a permanent resource.

This training project is the result of a partnership between Health Canada, Vancouver Community Network and the many participating Community Action Program for Children project hosting agencies around the province.
